The laboral integration is a way to the people with any disability can gain admittance in a "normal" job.The place in where this person will work, must be appropiate to his or her personal characteristic. For example, a person who don´t know how handle the money, can´t work in a shop. This is important because the boss and the employee (in this case, the person with disability) can fulfil their expectations.
The laboral integration allow to this persons have money, and give them the possibility to be an independent person, or to give financial help to their fathers, or to form a family if they want.
For the society, this is so good too, because it will teach us to appreciate different people, and make this society more varied and tolerant.
I think that the first time when I really learned of ir was a both moths ago, in class. Previously, when I was a girl, I thougth in this when saw people with Down syndrome or with other disabilities working in the supermarket, but "learn" just now.
